EASY for OFFICE enhances Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010 with smart archiving and workflow functionality. The integrated ECM client not only enables storage and retrieval directly from the traditional work environment, it also easily integrates process-related storage of e-mail messages and access to document-based processes.

EASY for OFFICE integrates a complete ECM client into Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. This allows for easy searching/retrieving and editing archives, or directly processing them further in a Microsoft Office programme.

The current Office documents can be stored directly in the selected archive – it’s as simple as “Save as…”. But it’s not only Office documents that can be archived in this way.  As with every EASY client, you can create new archive documents simply by dragging any attachments onto the form using the mouse, or by selecting them via a dialogue.
