Howard Frear, director of sales & marketing
Howard has been at the forefront of major trends in the software industry for close to 18 years. He joined EASY SOFTWARE in 2001 and during that time he has been instrumental in developing and overseeing a highly successful strategic partnership with SAP, a relationship that today accounts for more than 50% of EASY UK’s software sales. Howard is also attributed with many of EASY’s largest customer wins including Serco Group, Cable & Wireless and Barclays Capital.
Howard is a very successful and experienced sales and marketing professional and is the driving force behind EASY SOFTWARE UK’s go-to-market and business development strategy. Day to day Howard is charged with managing the direct sales force, directing key marketing activities and overseeing strategic partner liaison.
Tony Cheung, director of operations
Tony is an experienced software delivery professional with more than 15 years experience leading and managing software operations and customer-facing services implementations.
As EASY SOFTWARE’s director of operations, Tony focuses on customer solutions and applications delivery, setting the company’s technical direction and spearheading a number of business and sales partnerships.
Since joining EASY SOFTWARE in 2001 Tony has overseen and delivered many of the company’s largest project implementations and resulting technology partnerships and integrations. Tony manages EASY SOFTWARE’s Microsoft UK partnership, a strategic relationship that has resulted in a number of integrated technology solutions.
Tony was awarded his honours degree in Engineering from the University of Manchester, Institute of Science & Technology (UMIST) in 1997
